Mills for plastics

The equipment is designed for crushing plastic waste, especially thermoplastics. The knife mill and pneumatic transport fan are started with the buttons installed in the operating box. After start-up, the waste is transferred to knife mill through the chimney. In the mill the waste is crushed and falls through the sieve into the chute in the rack. In the chute permanent magnets are installed to catch the ferromagnetic pieces from the chute by compressed air generated by the fan. Cut waste is transported to a separator, where it is dedusted and loaded into a suspended bag. Dusty air is directed to the cyclone, where it is cleaned and directed outside, the dust falls into a suspended bag. UR-600 mills for plastics are also equipped with screw conveyor.
